Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who have completed or appeared in F.Sc. / Intermediate, B.Sc., DAE, B.Tech. (Pass) or any equivalent examination can be taken to qualify for the Entry Test.
• But, taking the UET Lahore Entry Test does not mean that you are eligible to be considered for admission to UET Lahore and its campuses/constituent colleges.

ECAT Marks Aggregate Formula 2023

In UET the aggregate is calculated by combining 30 percent ECAT scores and 70% weightage of FSc/Diploma/DAE marks. For instance, if you score scores of 910 in FSc and 290 marks in the entrance test, you can calculate your aggregate in the following manner:

• (910 x 70/1100) + (290 x 30/400) = 79.659%

• You can also calculate aggregates for NUST too. In NUST however the aggregate is not announced generally and only those candidates who meet the criteria are informed. The NUST aggregate can be calculated by following:
• NUST Entry Test = 75%
• The HSSC A level or equivalent / DAE or Part-I HSSC = 15%
• Matriculation / O Level = 10%

UET is affiliated to the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC and Higher Education Commission HEC. It is a graduate school that offers admissions to undergraduate and graduate, MS, M. Hafiz-e-Quran Marks in Merit

UET is awed by Hafiz-e-Quran (HfZ Qran) by awarding the students with marks (0-20) following an Hafiz-e-Quran examination on campus. These marks (out of 20 marks) are added to intermediate marks. If you’d like to calculate your total by adding Hafiz-e-Quran marks, simply add these marks on top of your Intermediate marks.
